Declare invalid the order of the State committee of fishery of Ukraine of July 12, 2007 No. 137 "About approval of the Accounting treatment for the subjects of managing performing canning and preservny production from fish and other water live resources", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 30, 2007 at No. 859/14126.

2. To provide to department of agrarian policy and agricultural industry submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
