About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2016 No. 42

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2016 No. 42 "About establishment of form of the certificate of the main economic indicators and recognition No. 47 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of August 10, 2015" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.07. 2016, 8/31079) following changes and amendments:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of third Item 2 of article 48-4 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, the paragraph of third of part two of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the release of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from administrative punishments and payment of penalty fee approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2015 No. 340 "About procedure for release of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from administrative punishments and payment of penalty fee", paragraph two of part two of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2016 No. 924/29 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534" the paragraph of the seventh of part one of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on rendering the state financial support to subjects of managing in the form of compensation for the account of means republican and (or) local budgets of part of expenses on acquisition of the processing equipment and spare parts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2016 No. 347, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.2. in appendix to this resolution:
to add the column "Name pokazateley1" of Item 2 after the words "on production" with the words "and realization";
from the column "Name pokazateley1" of Item 18 the word of "goods" to exclude;
to exclude subitem 34.2 of Item 34;
add appendix with Items 34-1 and 34-2 of the following content:
