The government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Armenia which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

confirming the intentions in strengthening it is traditional friendship and wishing to develop bonds between the people of both states

being confident that creation of close interrelations and cooperation in the field of youth policy and sport promote strengthening of the brotherly relations among the younger generation and serve strengthening of mutual understanding between them,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote in every possible way strengthening and development of youth bonds through government institutions, the public youth organizations registered in the states.

Article 2

The parties will help cooperation between the sports organizations, to their participation in the sporting events held in both states.

Article 3

The parties according to the national legal system of the states will promote development of bonds and cooperation in the field of youth and sport by means of:

a) creations of conditions for cooperation, it is coherent also interchange between the organizations and the organizations performing activities in the field of youth and sport;

b) studying of conditions and opportunities of other Party for holding joint actions and rendering assistance in it;

c) exchange of information about provision I development youth and sports movement of the states of the Parties.

Article 4

The parties will promote development of direct connections between the research organizations or the centers dealing with problems of youth and sport including interchange on the questions interesting them.
