About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of provision of the right of organization of the private security organization by the legal entity performing other activities, except security, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2010 No. 82 "About approval of Rules of provision of the right of organization of the private security organization by the legal entity performing other activities except security" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 9, the Art. 972):
a) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the word "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation";
b) in item 4 of the word "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation";
c) in Item 5:
in offers the first and second paragraph one of the word "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation";
to add the paragraph of the seventh after the words "it is approved with" with words "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation";
d) in Items 7 and 8 of the word "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation".
