About introduction of amendments to the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999

Art. I. - In the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 87-91, 214), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word of "index-linked minimum pension" shall be replaced with words "minimum pension".

2. In Article 8:

Art. II. - This law becomes effective since April 1, 2018.

III. - To national cash desk of social insurance to perform for categories of persons specified in Items b) and c) article 8 of the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999, recalculation of the public social benefits according to Item 2 of article I of this law since January 1, 2018, and also to provide their payment.
