About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2012 No. 384

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 11, 2018 "About exhibition and fair activities in foreign states" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 177

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2012 No. 384 "About some questions of exhibition and fair activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 50, 5/35618; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.07. 2013, 5/37484; 29.11. 2016, 5/42974) following changes:

1.1. in paragraph three of Item 1 of the word "abroad" shall be replaced with words "in foreign states";

1.2. in paragraph three of Item 2 of the word "abroad-to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs" shall be replaced with words "in foreign states - the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry";

1.3. in Regulations on the procedure for the organization of national exhibitions (exposures) for the Republic of Belarus abroad approved by this resolution:

in the name, Items 1 and 2, paragraphs third, the fifth, seventh and eighth Item 3 of the word "abroad" shall be replaced with words "in foreign states";

in paragraph one of item 4 of the word "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Further — the MFA)" shall be replaced with words "The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (further - BELTPP)";

in Items 5, 7-9, 13-15, paragraphs the second, the third, seventh and eighth Item 16, paragraph one of Item 20, Items 23 and 31 MFA to replace the word with the word "BELTPP".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
