About entering of amendments and changes into Resolutions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2011 No. 18 and of February 4, 2014 No. 4

Based on subitems 5.6 and 5.21-1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for rendering engineering services in construction approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2011 No. 18 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 61, 8/23669):

add item 4 with words ", availability of the certificate of compliance of the corresponding category on rendering engineering services";

in Item 7:

in part one of the word "on implementation of organizational and technical actions at different stages of construction activities without accomplishment of installation and construction works by own forces" shall be replaced with words ", except for functions which are not subject to transfer to the engineer (the engineering organization) according to the legislation";
