About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008

In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following change and addition:
1. Add the code with Article 77-2 of the following content:
"Article 77-2. Drawing insult to the health worker
(1) Drawing insult to the health worker, that is deliberate humiliation of his honor, advantage or professional reputation on duty, attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 to 25 conventional units.
(2) Drawing the insult to the health worker accompanied with hooligan actions and/or bodily harms if these acts are not crime, attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 50 to 150 conventional units or assignment of punishment in the form of arrest for offense for a period of up to 15 days.".
2. In part (Article 400 of the word "Articles 78-78-2," shall be replaced with words 1) "Articles 77-2, 78 - 78-2,".
