About measures for enhancement of system of gardening and architectural and landscape designing of highways

1. Assign to the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on highways additional tasks and functions on gardening and improvement of the territories, adjacent to highways, having determined the priority directions it activities in this sphere:
the effective organization and practical implementation on system basis of the works connected with content in proper condition of the roadside territories, which are in strips of withdrawal of highways by carrying out single state policy on forming and realization of modern approaches regarding zone architectural and art designing and landscaping of highways;
the rational organization of research works taking into account broad use of the advanced modern technologies and international standards in the field of improvement and gardening of highways, taking into account climatic conditions of each region of the republic;
implementation by results of in-depth examination of the best international practices on protection of highways and their structural elements against impact of adverse weather and climatic factors of the most effective and successfully approved in practice modern methods and technologies of protection of the territories, adjacent to highways, against transport pollution and emissions;
the high-quality organization based on subordinated highest and average special, professional educational institutions of preparation and retraining, taking into account modern requirements, highly qualified personnel for designing, architectural art designing and landscaping of highways.
