About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - The subitem b) Item 1 of article 25 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (1994, 2, Art. 33), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

"b) contains official or historical state, abbreviations or derivative of official or historical state, the official or historical name of administrative and territorial unit contrary to the conditions established by parts (11) - (11-2) articles 9 of the Law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220/2007;".

Art. II. - In the Law on the state fee No. 1216/1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 53-55, 302), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following additions:

1. Part (Article 2 to add 1) with Item 11-3) of the following content:

"11-3) for issue of permission to use of official or historical state, abbreviations or derivative of official or historical state in the name of the legal entity pursuing revenue generating purpose;".

2. Add Article 3 with Item 14) of the following content:

"14) for issue of permission to use of official

or historical state, abbreviations

or derivative from official or historical

states in the name of legal

person pursuing revenue generating purpose of 100 000 lei".

Art. III. - In article 9 of the Law o of state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 184-187, 711), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following change and addition:

Item d) parts (to state 11) in the following edition:

"d) contains the official or historical name of administrative and territorial unit if there is no decision of local council of this administrative and territorial unit on permission to its use;";
