About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on social services No. 123/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 541), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:
1. To add Article 1 after the concept "social services" with concept of the following content:
"the minimum packet of social services - set of specialized social services established by the Government;".
2. Add Article 26 with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) Social services of the minimum packet of social services are financed within fund of support of the population in the procedure established by the Government.".
Art. II. - In part (1) article 22 of the Law on the public assistance No. 547/2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes and amendments, words "budgets of administrative and territorial units," shall be replaced with words "local budgets", and words "republican and local funds of social support of the population," shall be replaced with words "Fund of support of the population,".
