Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1084 "About procedure for maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers and the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 49, Art. 6427; 2014, No. 32, Art. 4522; 2016, No. 50, Art. 7103; 2017, No. 17, Art. 2566; 2018, No. 24, Art. 3522):

a) in the subitem "i" of Item 2 of the word "the strengthened unqualified digital signature" shall be replaced with words "the digital signature which type is provided by the Federal Law,";

b) in Item 11 of the word "the strengthened unqualified digital signature" shall be replaced with words "the digital signature which type is provided by the Federal Law,";
