About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for 2018 and for Planning Period of 2019 and 2020"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 5, 2017 No. 363-FZ "About the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for 2018 and for planning period of 2019 and 2020" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 50, the Art. 7534) the following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 1:

2) regarding the 2nd Article 4 of the word "in the amount 8 122 252 733, 3 thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 8 214 249 787, 3 thousand rubles";

3) Article 8 to add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. Determine that in case of implementation by Fund in 2018 of additional payment commitments within the budgetary appropriations reserved in the federal budget on implementation of measures for social security of the population and other measures of social protection, including the actions connected with the celebration of the 73 anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945 corresponding changes are made to indicators of summary budget list of the budget of Fund.";
