1. Create republican public institution "The state natural wildlife reserve "Il Balkhash" of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – organization) in the territory of the Balkhash district of Almaty region.

2. Withdraw from category:

1) lands of water fund parcels of land of republican public institution "Balkash-Alakolsky basin inspectorate for regulation of use and protection of water resources of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by the total area of 25024,0 of hectare;

2) lands of forest fund parcels of land of utility public institution "Bakanassky public institution of forestry of Management of natural resources and regulation of environmental management of Almaty region" total area of 340076,6 of hectare.

3. Provide to organization according to the procedure, established by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the parcels of land the total area of 415164,2 of hectare of permanent land use in the territory of the Balkhash district of Almaty region, including in the territory of the Karaoysky state natural wildlife area of 213603,9 of hectare, according to appendix to this resolution.
