About change of Resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2014 No. 173 "About approval of regulations on the Book of honor, the Honour roll, the Certificate of honor, Gratitude, valuable present of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.08. 2014, 8/29007; 30.07. 2016, 8/31145):
in Item 12 of the Regulations on the Book of honor of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in the paragraph the second "Republican" shall be replaced with words the word "Belarusian republican";
after paragraph two to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"the head of department of personnel policy of the Ministry of Justice concerning the director of the department of archives and clerical work of the Ministry of Justice, the CEO of the republican unitary enterprise for rendering the services "Belyurobespecheniye", the editor-in-chief of Editorial Office of the Justice of Belarus Magazine; organization;
to consider paragraphs of the third or eighth respectively paragraphs the fourth or ninth;
in paragraph seven "Republican" shall be replaced with words the word "Belarusian republican";
after the paragraph of the eighth to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
"the CEO of the republican unitary enterprise for rendering the services "Belyurobespecheniye" concerning employees of this company, its representations, branches, affiliated enterprises;
