1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out inspection of business entity and issue of the certificate of compliance of technological condition of production for implementation of economic activity on production of perfumery and cosmetic products with use of ethyl alcohol which is applied.
2. (Zhikharev) to provide to State department of food provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy State secretary of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine Luzan Yu. Ya. and vice-chairman of State Tax Administration of Ukraine Operenko G. M.
