in Rules of rendering the services of telephone communication approved by the specified order:

8) of Item 12 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"8) in case of suspension of rendering communication services not because of the subscriber, the subscriber fee is not levied in proportion to the period of suspension of rendering services.

In case of suspension of the rendering communication services caused by untimely payment by the subscriber of subscriber fee, the telecom operator makes recalculation of subscriber fee, levying no more than thirty percent of the size of subscriber fee for the period of suspension.";

in Rules of rendering the services of cellular communication approved by the specified order:
