About approval of rates of import customs duties concerning separate goods which country of source are the United States of America
Due to the application by the United States of America since March 23, 2018 of special protective measure concerning import of products from the steel and aluminum occurring including from the Russian Federation, and according to Item 2 of article 40 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and article 40 of the Federal law "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed rates of import customs duties concerning the separate goods coming from the United States of America and imported into the Russian Federation, other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
