About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of single questions of passing by citizens of military service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 9:

add item 4 with the paragraph third the following content:

"The procedure and the amount of cash cover of the military personnel sent to state bodies, the companies, organizations, the organizations, and also the state and utility educational institutions for accomplishment of tasks for the benefit of defense of the state and its safety with leaving on military service are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

exclude Item 7;

Item 1 of Article 9-1 to add 2) with paragraphs the third and fourth the following content:

"For the military personnel sent to state bodies, the companies, organizations, the organizations, and also the state and utility educational institutions also other types of providing provided by this Article, the guarantees and privileges provided at the expense of the means intended in the Government budget of Ukraine on content of the Armed Forces of Ukraine formed according to the laws of Ukraine of other military forming and law enforcement agencies of special purpose and Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine remain food, ware.

The procedure of all types of material security of the military personnel sent in state bodies, the companies, organizations, the organizations, and also the state and utility educational institutions, and payments of monetary compensation of cost for the ware property which is not received by such military personnel is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

Paragraph one of Item 3 of Article 12 to replace 3) with two new paragraphs of the following content:
