About introduction of amendments to article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" concerning journey not time management within Ukraine to the venue of leave and back

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Items 1 and 18 of article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2007, No. 33, Art. 442; 2014, 35, 1179) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"1. The military personnel, except the military personnel of compulsory military service, are granted annual main leaves with preserving cash, material security and provision of the monetary assistance on improvement in the amount of monthly cash cover. Duration of annual main leave for the military personnel having period of service in calendar calculation up to 10 years constitutes 30 calendar days; from 10 to 15 years - 35 calendar days; from 15 to 20 years - 40 calendar days; more than 20 calendar years - 45 calendar days, without time management necessary for journey within Ukraine to the venue of leave and back, but no more than two days one way. Festive and non-working days in case of determination of duration of annual main leaves are not considered";

"18. During the special period during action of warlike situation by the serviceman family leaves and to other reasonable excuses with preserving cash cover lasting no more than 10 calendar days without time management necessary for journey within Ukraine to the venue of leave and back, but no more than two days one way can be granted".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:
