Part 9 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "The specified application is submitted by the applicant in writing or in electronic form with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - the single portal of the state and municipal services) and (or) regional portals of the state and municipal services to local government body of the municipal district or local government body of the city district in which territories it is supposed to perform installation and operation of the advertizing structure.";
