About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2004 No. 1590 and of October 30, 2013 No. 944

For the purpose of development of entrepreneurial initiative, stimulation of business activity in the field of consumer services of the population the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of consumer services of the consumers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2004 No. 1590 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 1, 5/15304; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.04. 2015, 5/40364; 24:05. 2016, 5/42093):

third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"exit servicing - form of consumer services in case of which provision of household services or booking for household services is performed out of subject to consumer services;";

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The subjects rendering household services independently set operating mode of the subjects to consumer services belonging to them, operating mode without (out of) subjects to consumer services without approval of local executive and administrative organs, other state bodies and provide its observance. The exception constitutes operating mode of subjects to consumer services after 23:00 and to 7.00, which is subject to approval of local executive and administrative organs in the location of such objects.";
