About entering of amendments and changes into some Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of the state stimulation of creation and use of objects of the right of industrial property approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 6, 1998 No. 368 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 7, Art. 171; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 53, 5/31313; 2011, No. 18, 5/33270; No. 101, 5/34402; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.03. 2015, 5/40193):
the interlinear note "*" to Item 1 after the words "and also employee inventions, useful models, industrial designs" to add with words ", plant varieties";
in Item 2:
first or third subitem 2.3 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"2.3. the product in which object of the right of industrial property is applied is recognized to that if:
