According to the laws of Ukraine "About heat supply", "About state regulation in the field of utilities", "About licensing of types of economic activity" and "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 22, 2017 No. 308 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity in the field of heat supply" the following changes:

1) in Chapter 1 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of heat energy:

in Item 1.4:

in the paragraph the second to replace the words "as of August 1, 2017 more than 70%, as of January 1, 2018 more than 90%" with sign and words "which consider more than 90% of total amount of the realized heat energy";

add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Conducts (intends to perform) activities for production of heat energy (including on combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, cogeneration installations, except installations with use nonconventional or renewable energy resources), if total declared (actual according to the reporting) the production volume of heat energy next (last) calendar year will exceed (exceeded) 170000 Gcal, and activities for delivery of heat energy in case of security of consumers with metering devices of heat energy, consider more than 90% of total amount of the realized heat energy.";
