About the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. 4. The legal basis of activities of the Security Council is constituted by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Law, Regulations on the Security Council, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. The questions of activities of the Security Council which are not settled by this Law are regulated by Regulations on the Security Council.
