About further measures for optimization of procedure for entry of foreign citizens into the Republic of Uzbekistan

Further enhancement of procedure for entry of foreign citizens into the republic causes need of simplification of procedures of receipt of the entrance visa by foreign citizens by implementation of interactive service in registration and issue of the electronic entrance visa, and also procedure for short-term visa-free entry into the Republic of Uzbekistan for citizens of number of foreign countries and visa-free entry into the Republic of Uzbekistan of the foreign citizens who did not reach 16-year age.

For the purpose of ensuring implementation of requirements of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About additional organizational measures for creating favorable conditions for development of tourist capacity of the Republic of Uzbekistan" No. UP-5326 of February 3, 2018:

reducing terms of consideration of the address of the foreign citizen on receipt of the entrance visa;

use of modern information and communication technologies in case of execution of the allowing document for entry into the republic;

creation of centralized system of execution of the electronic entrance visa by forming of the single database of electronic entrance visas.
