Article 1.
Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following change:

attract imposing of administrative penalty on physical persons - in the amount of five settlement indicators, on legal entities - in the amount of hundred settlement indicators and on officials - in the amount of twenty settlement indicators.
Abuse of regulations and requirements of production of hydrometeorological observations, observations of condition of the surrounding environment and its pollution and related works on collection, processing, analysis, storage and provision to consumers of hydrometeorological information and information on condition of the surrounding environment and its pollution
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on physical persons - in the amount of five settlement indicators, on legal entities - in the amount of hundred settlement indicators and on officials - in the amount of twenty settlement indicators.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
