Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2017 No. 1496 "About measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 51, the Art. 7807).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2017 No. 1496

1. Item 2 after the words "are recognized invalid" to add with the words "except for the regulatory legal acts specified in the paragraph the second Item 37 of the Provision approved by this resolution".

2. In the Regulations on measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget approved by the specified resolution:

a) the paragraph the fourth item 4 after the words "the specified subsidies" to add with the words "including subsidies which provision was performed in reporting financial year using treasurer providing obligations";

b) add Item 37 with the paragraph of the following content:
