About modification of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine concerning the relations connected with implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions

I. Make to the section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:

1. In Item 32 of subsection 2:

Paragraph one after the words "for conducting anti-terrorist operation" to add 1) with the words "and/or implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are performed by carrying out the transaction of the Integrated forces (TIF)";

Paragraph two after the words "fight against terrorism according to the law" to add 2) with the words "and/or participate in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are performed by carrying out the transaction of the Integrated forces (TIF)";
