Make change to Item 5 of the Procedure for carrying out recalculation of the pensions granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 13, 2008 to No. 45 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 12, Art. 301; 2018, No. 20, the Art. 662), having added it with paragraphs of the following content:
"To faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies which on the date of dismissal from law-enforcement bodies have special rank of internal service (except divisions of execution of punishments and the Public courier service) recalculation of pension since January 1, 2018 is carried out:
to faces of the commanding structure - taking into account the components of cash cover provided by paragraph one of this Item, and the scheme of job grades on the main standard positions of faces of the commanding structure of bodies and divisions of civil protection (appendix 6), Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 30, 2017 No. 704 "About cash cover of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure and some other persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 77, the Art. 2374);
to faces of ordinary structure - taking into account the components of cash cover provided by paragraph one of this Item, and scale of charges of categories and coefficients of official pay rates of the military personnel from among faces of ordinary, sergeant and foreman structure, officers (except the military personnel of compulsory military service), faces of the private and the commanding structure (appendix 1), approved by the specified resolution.".
