Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 26, 2007 No. 812 "About approval of Rules of carrying out tender on selection of specialized depositary for the conclusion of the service provision agreement of specialized depositary with it to the federal executive body providing functioning of accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel, and Rules of determination of the cumulative weighed assessment (rating) of specialized depositary for the conclusion of the service provision agreement of specialized depositary with it to the federal executive body providing functioning of accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 49, the Art. 6172).

1. In Rules of carrying out tender on selection of specialized depositary for the conclusion of the service provision agreement of specialized depositary with it to the federal executive body providing functioning of accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel:
a) in Item 2 of the word "Order placement" shall be replaced with words "Purchase implementation";
b) in Item 3 of the word "About Placing Orders for the Supply of Goods, Works and Services for State and Municipal Needs" shall be replaced with words "About contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs";
