About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About waste"

Article 1. ZR-159-N "About waste" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 24, 2004 with the Items "page 1-c.5" of the following content:
"page 1) approval of the report forms of register registration of the objects forming, overworking and utilizing waste and books of maintaining the register;
page 2) approval of forms of registration leaf of the register of places of waste disposal and book of maintaining register;
page 3) approval of template of the passport of waste;
page 4) approval of templates of calculation of drafts of standard rates of formation of waste and restrictions of their placement;
page 5) approval of the list of production wastes (including subsurface use) and consumption, formed in the territory of the Republic of Armenia;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
