Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of conducting special accounting of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing the transactions with precious metals and gemstones approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2015 No. 1052 "About conducting special accounting of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing transactions with precious metals and gemstones" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 41, the Art. 5663).

Changes which are made to Rules of conducting special accounting of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing transactions with precious metals and gemstones

1. To add Item 5 after words of "state registration" with words "(in case of the statement of the codes under the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities connected with production, conversion and the address of precious metals and gemstones)".

2. Add Item 9 with subitems "v" and "g" of the following content:

"c) availability of not removed (outstanding) criminal record for crime execution in the field of economy at person who performs powers of sole executive body or is beneficial owner of the legal entity performing transactions with precious metals and gemstones or at the physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur performing transactions with precious metals and gemstones. For the purposes of these rules beneficial owner is the physical person which directly or indirectly (through the third parties) owns (more than 25 percent in the capital have the prevailing participation) the legal entity or has opportunity to control its actions;
