Article 1. ZR-60 "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" before the last paragraph to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 17, 2000 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The state committee on settlement of nuclear safety under the Government of the Republic of Armenia plans and performs checks according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About safe use of atomic energy in the peace purposes".".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
