About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 17, 2000 ZR-60 "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia":

The words "Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia" to exclude 1);

Words of "transport and communication" shall be replaced with words 2) "transport, communication and information technologies";

Words "power engineering specialists and natural resources" shall be replaced with words 3) "energy infrastructures and natural resources";

Words of "territorial administration" shall be replaced with words 4) "territorial administration and development";

5) the words "State Committee of Water Economy of the Ministry of Territorial Administration" shall be replaced with words "The state committee of water economy of the Ministry of energy infrastructures and natural resources";

The word "economies" shall be replaced with words 6) "economic development and investments";

7) the words "Ministry of Town Planning" shall be replaced with words "The state committee of town planning under the Government".

Article 2. In article 2.1 of the Law shall be replaced with words the word "economies" "economic development and investments".

Article 3. In Item 6 of part 3.1 of article 4 of the Law of the word "Ministries of Town Planning" to replace words of "The state committee of town planning under the Government".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
