About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank to the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. ZR-69 "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" to add article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 1996 with new part of the following content:
"Central Bank with international financial institutions and banks, the financial organizations of foreign states, the Central and other Banks, financial controllers and regulators, and also their unions within the powers can sign the agreements, agreements, memorandums and other documents on industry cooperation which are not international treaties previously having notified on it authorized body in the field of foreign affairs of the Republic of Armenia. The documents provided by this part are signed by the chairman of the Central bank or the other person with its power.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
