About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank to the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 1996 ZR-69 "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law):

1) part 1 before the first offer to add with the new offer: "National Bank of the Republic of Armenia is the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia.";

2) in part 5 of the word "the tasks" shall be replaced with words "the purposes and functions assigned to it by the Constitution and the law of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 2. In all text of the Law the word "tasks" to replace with the word "purposes" in the corresponding case forms, and regarding the 2nd Article 14 - words "the purposes and transactions".

Article 3. In article 2 of the Law:

"Article 2. Functions of the Central bank";

Part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Central Bank in case of realization of the purposes performs the functions assigned to it by the law.";

All Article before the word "normative" to add 3) with the word "sublegislative";

The second paragraph of part 3 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Council of the Central bank makes sublegislative normative, individual decisions, and in case of performance of the Central bank as bank - internal legal acts - decisions.

The chairman of the Central bank accepts individual, and in case of performance of the Central bank as bank - internal legal acts - decisions and orders.".

Article 4. Add the law with Article 3.1 of the following content:

"Article 3.1. Regulatory legal acts of the Central bank
