I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the State register of patents and declaration patents of Ukraine for confidential inventions (further the Provision) which are applied.
2. To give to State department of intellectual property this Provision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
3. To State department of intellectual property to publish this Provision in the statement "Industrial property".
4. Recognize invalid Item 1 of the order of Gospatent of Ukraine "About approval of regulations" of December 14, 1995 N 187, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 1996 for N23/1048, and the Regulations on the State register of certificates of Ukraine approved by it on the inventions which are the state secret, and procedure for certification.
5. Abolish the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "About approval of the Regulations on the State register of patents and declaration patents of Ukraine for confidential inventions" of July 12, 2001 N 511.
6. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of State department of intellectual property Paladiya M. V.
