About some questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Form public institutions "Department of justice of the city of Shymkent", "Justice department of the area Baikonur of Department of justice of the city of Astana".
2. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) public institution "Justice department of Rayymbeksky district of Department of justice of Almaty region" by allocation from it public institution "Justice department of Kegensky district of Department of justice of Almaty region";
2) public institution "Justice department of Maktaralsky district of Department of justice of the Southern Kazakhstan area" by allocation from it public institution "Justice department of Zhetysaysky district of Department of justice of the Turkestan region";
3) public institution "Justice department of Saryagashsky district of Department of justice of the Southern Kazakhstan area" by allocation from it public institution "Justice department of Kelessky district of Department of justice of the Turkestan region".
3. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation public institution "Justice department of the city of Aktobe of Department of justice of the Aktyubinsk region" by separation on "Justice department of the area Astana of the city of Aktobe of Department of justice of the Aktyubinsk region" and "Justice department of the area of Almaty of the city of Aktobe of Department of justice of the Aktyubinsk region".
4. Rename public institutions - territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
5. Determine that financing of organizations is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to provide approval of provisions of organizations and their state registration;
