Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on features of calculation of payment for the negative impact on the environment in case of emissions in atmospheric air of the pollutants which are formed when burning on torch installations and (or) dispersion of associated petroleum gas approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 8, 2012 No. 1148 "About features of calculation of payment for negative impact on the environment in case of emissions in atmospheric air of the pollutants which are formed when burning on torch installations and (or) dispersion of associated petroleum gas" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 47, Art. 6499; 2016, No. 52, Art. 7648).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
