About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 25, 2017 No. 632 "About preparation and the conclusion of the agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial and (or) inshore fishing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 23, the Art. 3331):

a) the name, paragraphs two and third Item 1 after the word "industrial" to add with the word "fisheries";

b) "industrial" to add the name and Item 1 of Rules of preparation and the conclusion of the agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of the water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial and (or) inshore fishing, approved by the specified resolution after the word with the word "fisheries";

c) in approximate form of the agreement on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial and (or) inshore fishing approved by the specified resolution:
