Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2016 No. 410 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and objects (territories) relating to field of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, and form of the material safety data sheet of these objects (territories)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 21, the Art. 3006).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2016 No. 410

1. In requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and objects (territories) relating to field of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"These requirements do not extend:

on objects (territories) which are subject to obligatory protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;

on the important state objects, particular loads, constructions on communications which are subject to protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation regarding their equipment technical means of protection, procedure for control of the equipment and operation of the specified technical means of protection.";
