1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the standards of disclosure of information the heatsupplying organizations, the heatnetwork organizations and regulating authorities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2013 No. 570 "About standards of disclosure of information by the heatsupplying organizations, the heatnetwork organizations and regulating authorities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 28, Art. 3835; 2016, No. 36, Art. 5421; 2017, No. 37, Art. 5521).

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in 3-month time to approve forms of placement of information which is subject to disclosure by the single heatsupplying organizations heatsupplying with the organizations and the heatnetwork organizations functioning in price zones of heat supply after the end of transition period according to the Federal Law "About Heat Supply" in federal state information system "The single information and analytical system "Federal Body of Regulation — Regional Regulating Authorities — Subjects of Regulation".

3. The changes approved by this resolution become effective since October 5, 2018.
