About modification and amendments in the Water code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Item 20 of article 10 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002 (further - the Code) in the following edition:
"20) according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the notification on activities implementation" grants the right to implementation of activities for drilling for the purpose of use of underground fresh waters;".
Article 2. In article 37.1 of the Code:
Part 8 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Activities for drilling for the purpose of use of underground fresh waters are type of activity, subject to the notification. The notification on activities for drilling for the purpose of use of underground fresh waters is submitted in authorized body of public administration in the field of conservation of the Republic of Armenia.";
To add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The procedure for installation and use of technical equipment for tracking in real time provision of the machines performing drilling for the purpose of use of underground fresh waters is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
