About modification of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 16, 2016
Article 1. In article 93 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002 "the President of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words words "the Government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
