About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services"

Article 1. Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 24, 2004 ZR-134-N "About trade and services" to add with part 12.1 following of content:
"12.1. Sale of pyrotechnic materials (products), pyrotechnic components and other explosive devices (substances) intended for technical and special fireworks is allowed to exclusively legal entities or individual entrepreneurs who got permission to holding technical and special fireworks from the head of municipality in accordance with the established procedure.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
