About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 2045

1. Bring in the Regulations on structure of the state geological fund, procedure for its forming, maintaining and use of its data approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 2045 "About some measures for implementation of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 14, 5/29088), the following changes and amendments:

1.1. state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Geological information on geological structure of subsoil, quality and amount of the minerals which are in them and other resources of subsoil, the conditions of their production or use, the phenomena and processes happening in subsoil, data on which contain in reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil, the maps, other textual and graphical records and materials fixed on material carriers including, is part of the state geological fund:

the textual and graphical records and materials containing the data received directly in the course of geological studying of subsoil, mining, use of geothermal resources of subsoil, operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with mining, forming fund of primary geological information;

reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil, the maps, other textual and graphical records and materials included in the reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil received as a result of processing of primary geological information, forming fund of the interpreted geological information.
