Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.10.2019 No. 720

2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 127, 5/22692; 2008, No. 66, 5/27291; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.03.2018, 5/44959) following changes and amendment:

2.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

to exclude subitems 5.12-2 and 5.12-3 of Item 5;

to exclude subitem 9.7-1 of Item 9;

in appendix 1 to this Provision:

18, of 22, of 39, of 40, 47-49 and 52 to exclude Items 13-15,;

add appendix with Item 65 of the following content:

"65. "Awards of the Labour Red Banner "Belgosproyekt Institute"." open joint stock company;

2.2. to exclude Items 12 and 16 of the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution.

3. Recognize resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix to be invalid.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
