About modification of Item 16 of the Procedure for realization of the arrested assets at the electronic biddings

Make changes to Item 16 of the Procedure for realization of the arrested assets at the electronic biddings approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2017 No. 719 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 80, of the Art. 2448), having replaced the paragraph third with paragraphs of such content:

"If market value of asset which is exposed on the repeated electronic biddings is determined by results of the carried-out assessment at the corresponding repeated biddings, the cost of this asset according to the report on its assessment at the first electronic biddings is smaller, than, starting asset price at each corresponding repeated electronic biddings cannot be reduced more than on:

- 10 percent of its market value on the valuation report at the first electronic biddings - at the repeated electronic biddings which take place for the first time;

- 20 percent of its market value on the valuation report at the first electronic biddings - at the repeated electronic biddings which are taking place for the second time;

- 30 percent of its market value on the valuation report at the first electronic biddings - at the repeated electronic biddings which are taking place for third time;

- 40 and 50 percent of its market value on the valuation report at the first electronic biddings - at the repeated electronic biddings which take place for the fourth time and for the fifth time (for personal estate).".
