About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Part (4) article 24-1 of the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, as Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes and amendments to recognize invalid.
Art. II. – In the Law on the Supreme council of magistracy No. 947/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 65), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following change and addition:
1. Add Article 7-1 with part (4-1) following of content:
"(4-1) Salary of the judicial inspector and the chief judicial inspector are established according to the Law on compensation of judges and prosecutors No. 328/2013 and the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005.".
2. Part (Article 27 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) the High councilors of magistracy recalled from among judges receive the salary at the level of official pay rate of the judge of the Highest trial chamber established in Item and) parts (4) article 4 of the Law on compensation of judges and prosecutors No. 328/2013. High councilors of magistracy from among regular lecturers in law, except for person elected as the chairman of the board earn monthly reward in the amount of 2,4 of the average salary on economy.".
Art. III. – In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. To add the name of Chapter III with the words "And JUDICIAL INSPECTORS of JUDICIAL INSPECTION".
2. To add Article 8-3 after the words "Inspections of Prosecutors" with the words "and judicial inspectors of Judicial inspection".
3. State appendix 14 in the following edition:
